Al-Fazarî Muhammad ibn Ibrahim (d. 777 C.E.).
Abu Ishaq Ibrahim ibn Habib ibn Suleiman ibn Samura ibn Jundab Al-Fazari was the first Muslim astronomer to construct astrolabes. He flourished around the second half of the 8th century CE in Baghdad. For more detail click here.
