To avoid confusion in the minds of our readers and members, the Foundation for Science, Technology and Civilisation (FSTC) which publishes this global academic website Muslimheritage.com, being a non-religious and non-political British organisation devoted to disseminating knowledge about Muslim Heritage has no ties or connection with BMHC.

His Highness Emir of Qatar Visits “1001 Inventions” Exhibition in Doha

His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani Emir of Qatar visited on 5th November 2012 the award-winning "1001 Inventions" show in Doha, accompanied by HH Sheikha Al-Mayassa, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Qatar Museums Authority. The Emir's visit to the blockbuster exhibition, based in the city's Qatar Museums Authority Museum of Islamic Art Park, gave him the opportunity to witness the show's enormous popularity with local children and adults. Opened by HH Sheikha Al-Mayassa on the 17th of October 2012, the 1001 Inventions attraction has already welcomed more than 50,000 visitors keen to explore astounding scientific achievements from "The Golden Age" of Muslim civilization.

1001 Inventions Success in Dhahran

The award-winning interactive exhibition, 1001 Inventions, has completed a blockbuster residency in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, welcoming more than 50,000 visitors over a 4-week period. The exhibition was an anchor attraction at the Saudi Aramco Cultural Program (SACP), between the 21st of June and the 18th of July 2012, at the Aramco Cultural Park in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
