Short biography - Dr Zohor Idrisi
Dr. Zohor Idrisi holds a PhD from London University. She is a historian and author, and Research Fellow at the Foundation for Science, Technology and Civilisation, UK. Currently she continues to write and research within the field of Islamic studies. She has published a whole range of scholarly articles in the field of agriculture and cuisine, especially in relation to the developments in the Muslim world and its influence on Latin Europe. Dr. Zohor Shanan Idrisi is a Research Fellow of the Foundation for Science, Technology and Civilisation (FSTC) and member of Muslim Heritage Awareness Group, the consulting body instituted by FSTC.
